One Revelation will Lead to a Revolution In-Person
National Hispanic Heritage Month Keynote Speaker: Richard Montañez
Richard Montañez led Multicultural Sales & Marketing as Vice President across Pepsi North American divisions. His story is now the subject of the Flamin’ Hot movie, an inspiring true story of Richard, the Frito Lay janitor who channeled his Mexican American heritage and upbringing to turn the iconic Flamin’ Hot Cheetos into a snack that disrupted the food industry and became a global pop culture phenomenon.
