Wellness Workshop: Hand-made Journal In-Person

Life and school can be stressful, one way to reduce stress and improve mental health is to take the time to journal. Writing down your thoughts and feelings gives you an opportunity to take time for yourself, focus and reflect on your experiences, and give you a healthy outlet to express yourself. In this workshop participants will learn how to make a simple journal by hand using the pamphlet stitch technique. This is a beginner friendly workshop, all materials will be provided.
