Kinusaiga: Japanese Fabric Painting In-Person

Kinusaiga is a traditional Japanese craft that turns fabric scraps into detailed mosaic-like pictures without any sewing. Instead of stitching, you push small edges of colorful fabric into narrow grooves carved into a firm backing board. Participants will choose a design and learn how to create their own piece from start to finish. No experience necessary, all materials provided.
